As our company's first overseas project in the fiberglass industry, this project has faced various challenges since the signing of the air conditioning system engineering contract for the CPIC Brazil FO1B 60000 ton ECT production line cold repair and renovation project on May 18, 2023. The difficulty of visa procedures once made all the preparations in advance go to waste, until January 26, 2024, when the visa was finally processed successfully and the first brave staff were able to set foot on Brazilian soil. Upon arriving in Brazil for the first time, adapting to the unfamiliar environment, time difference, and different dietary habits became a new challenge. However, these difficulties did not shake the team's determination. With tenacious perseverance and professional skills, they overcame numerous difficulties in life and technology. The coordination issues between the brushed air conditioning duct and the steel structure, as well as the main scissor wall conflict, and the conflict between the technical lower limb duct and the scissor wall leading to 80% of the duct restructuring, posed numerous difficulties for the team. Being in a foreign land, it brought tremendous pressure to the team. However, through unremitting efforts and fearless struggle, the team members finally withstood the high pressure and achieved the current glorious moment.
