Indonesia's Xinyi Phase I Installation Project Successfully Organized 500 Ton Crane to Complete High Difficulty Lifting

On the afternoon of July 4, 2024, Xinyi Glass Factory in Jinshi County, Jakarta, Indonesia, was preparing for a lifting operation of up to 47 meters and weighing 53 tons - the lifting of the integrated nitrogen station air separation cold box and liquid nitrogen storage tank.

The weight and height of the object being lifted this time are relatively rare construction difficulties in Indonesia, which means that any small mistake can lead to serious consequences. Moreover, the harsh climate conditions in Indonesia, narrow construction site roads, and limited equipment placement sites make the complexity and risk of lifting tasks significant. At the beginning of the project planning phase, the project team invested a lot of effort in detailed planning. A detailed lifting plan was developed through precise calculations and simulations, and multiple rounds of safety assessments and risk control discussions were conducted before implementation to ensure that every step of the operation meets safety standards. After carefully analyzing the maximum weight, lifting height, and installation position of the lifted equipment, it was decided to use a 500 ton truck crane as the main crane and an 80 ton truck crane as the auxiliary crane to ensure a smooth and safe lifting process.

It is gratifying that after careful planning and meticulous execution, this arduous lifting operation has been successfully completed, demonstrating the project team's outstanding innovation ability and teamwork spirit in the face of major technical challenges and complex environmental conditions. From project planning to execution, every step requires team members to accurately understand instructions and execute operations. Together, they overcome external difficulties such as space limitations and harsh environments.

The success of this lifting operation has greatly enhanced the confidence of the Indonesian Xinyi project team. Indonesia is experiencing high temperatures and humidity, with mosquitoes and ants rampant and biting everywhere. The temporary facilities of the project have not been fully constructed yet, and the working and living conditions of the employees are relatively poor. But they still overcame various difficulties, worked together, and fired the first shot for the Indonesian Xinyi construction project.
