The Tai'an County household waste incineration power generation project is located in Tai'an County, Anshan, Liaoning Province. The project has built a new garbage incineration line with a daily processing capacity of 300 tons, including one 300T/D mechanical grate incinerator, a waste heat recovery boiler, one 6MW condensing steam turbine generator set, as well as supporting steel structures, process pipelines, electrical instruments, commissioning, and other work;
The project started its first hoisting on July 28, 2023 and was successfully connected to the grid for the first time on June 28, 2024. The project lasted for 11 months. Due to its location in Anshan, Liaoning, the climate is unique. The weather below minus 20 degrees Celsius lasted for more than two months. Occasional weather below 10 degrees Celsius for over 3 months. There is a wind of around level 6 all year round. And the construction is located next to the landfill, which has a foul odor all year round. The construction environment is harsh.
All personnel on the project are fearless of the cold, wind and rain, and brave in the stench of battle. We completed the task assigned by the company owner within the effective construction period of only 8 months. Created a new breakthrough in the construction period of waste to energy projects in the Northeast region.

Significant cost savings have been achieved, while improving work efficiency and ensuring the quality of construction.
