On December 11, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the construction of the painting center workshop of Guangdong Nanyang Heavy Industry, undertaken by the Municipal Engineering Division of the Group Corporation. Representatives from the project owner, design unit, supervision unit, and construction unit attended the ceremony on the same day, marking the official commencement of the project's full-scale construction phase.
Since undertaking the construction task, the Municipal Engineering Division has acted swiftly and efficiently, mobilizing experienced project management professionals and skilled construction personnel to form a specialized project management team, which promptly arrived at the site. Currently, the on-site office area has been fully completed and is equipped with comprehensive working facilities. The first batch of construction personnel, along with various specialized machinery, equipment, and tools, arrived on site on December 10. Key temporary facilities, such as the steel processing area, are being set up in strict accordance with the construction plan. Essential groundwork, including access to water, electricity, roads, and site leveling, has been fully implemented, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of subsequent construction.
Taking the groundbreaking as a new starting point, the project team will coordinate construction efforts scientifically, strictly control project quality, and fully advance project development. The goal is to complete all construction tasks with high standards, quality, and efficiency, delivering satisfactory results to the project owner and contributing to the high-quality development of the Group Corporation.
The project is located on the east side of Hongguan Road and north of Hongye Road, Meige Village, Shadui Town, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City. It has a planned total construction area of approximately 13,898 square meters. The project scope includes the main workshop (comprising six steel structure and concrete frame units), auxiliary equipment rooms (comprising five concrete frame structure units), and comprehensively covers workshop foundations, main structures, steel structure systems (including grid roof and flexible door west truss beams), as well as supporting facilities such as water supply and drainage. Upon completion, the project will significantly enhance the production layout and infrastructure of Guangdong Nanyang Heavy Industry, injecting new momentum into the company's high-quality development.
