Under the alternating scorching sun and torrential rain, braving the biting cold wind and snow, on January 11, 2026, with the final pour of concrete precisely placed, the main structure of Building 5 of the EPC Project for Plot 2, the Resettlement Area of the Phase I Urban Village Redevelopment Project in the Luoyang New Energy Industrial Park, undertaken by the Construction Engineering Division of the Group Company, was successfully topped out. This marks a significant milestone and a stage victory in the construction process.

From intense summer heat to severe winter cold, the project team endured "threefold trials": summer downpours and high temperatures, persistent autumn rains, and winter's low temperatures and snowstorms. Each step was fraught with challenges. Since August, the flood season brought frequent and extreme weather changes. Faced with the dual onslaught of scorching heat and sudden heavy rainfall, the project department anticipated challenges and responded scientifically. They proactively developed emergency plans for extreme weather, prepared over 20 pumps, laid 2,000 meters of water pipes, and stockpiled more than 500 waterproof sandbags, comprehensively strengthening the drainage system and foundation pit protection. When heavy rains struck, management personnel maintained 24-hour shift rotations, continuously monitoring water levels and promptly activating pumping mechanisms to minimize disruptions to construction continuity. The battle resumed as soon as the rain stopped, racing against time. Whenever the rain eased, the project department immediately mobilized over a hundred workers to the site for pumping, dredging, drying, and leveling operations, ensuring construction resumed at the first possible opportunity.

With the onset of winter, successive cold waves hit, causing temperatures to plummet below zero. The biting cold and freezing conditions on-site posed multiple challenges for concrete curing, formwork assembly/disassembly, and aerial work. The project department swiftly activated a special winter construction plan, ensuring that work continued "without interruption, without quality compromise, and with zero accidents." In sub-zero conditions, workers bundled in thick winter coats persisted with tying rebar, welding, and setting forms amidst the steel framework. They rubbed their stiffened hands and stomped their numbed feet, but never halted their tasks. Ultimately, the verticality, flatness of the main structure, and the visual quality of the concrete all met excellent standards, earning high praise from the client. The construction unit specially sent a letter of appreciation, laying a solid foundation for the project's subsequent quality enhancement efforts.

Craftsmanship builds dreams, living up to expectations. All builders on the project will continue with full enthusiasm, rigorous attitude, and pragmatic style, persevering through the winter cold and forging ahead with the spring breeze. They are committed to advancing subsequent construction with high standards and quality, striving to create a premium, reassuring, and happiness-bringing project that satisfies the residents, reassures the government, and gains social recognition, continuously contributing "Henan Installation" strength to Luoyang's urban renewal and improvement of people's livelihoods.

Project Overview:Located on the south side of Hancun Lane, west of Huimin Lane, and east of Liujing Lane in Yibin District, Luoyang City, the project has a total investment of approximately 327 million RMB. It covers a planned land area of 29,808.31 square meters with a total construction area of 111,700 square meters. The construction includes 6 high-rise residential buildings, 2 power distribution rooms, and a two-story underground parking garage. Upon completion, the project will provide 637 resettlement housing units, effectively improving the living conditions of the residents.
