On August 7, the main plant building of the Xinxiang Chemical Fiber 1000-Ton/Year Ionic Liquid Regenerated Cellulose Fiber (Lyocell Fiber) Pilot R&D Project, constructed by the Sixth Engineering Company, reached the critical milestone of final acceptance. An inspection team composed of representatives from supervision, design, survey, and construction units conducted a comprehensive review, including visual inspection of the site, on-site measurements, and sampling of documentation. The team unanimously concluded that the project complies with design and specification requirements, construction quality is qualified, quality control documentation is complete, authentic, and valid, visual appearance is satisfactory, and safety and functional testing meet standards. The acceptance group unanimously approved the main plant building for handover.
