On August 3, 2025, through the concerted efforts of all staff, the 100MW subcritical ultra-high-temperature power generation project at Qian'an Steel Company, a subsidiary of Shougang Group, successfully achieved first-time grid synchronization for both its subsystem and complete system commissioning, under the responsibility of the commissioning company.

Located in the suburban area of Qian'an City, Hebei Province, the project site is remote, with harsh surrounding conditions and a challenging environment. However, the abundant availability of factory gas onsite provided favorable objective conditions for the project. This led to the establishment of a large-scale 100MW subcritical ultra-high-temperature generating unit and its supporting facilities.

Since its commencement in May this year, the Qian'an project has faced severe challenges, including extreme summer heat and relentless rainstorms. To ensure the first-time success of grid synchronization, all employees of the commissioning company meticulously organized and prepared for the work, dedicating extra hours and overcoming numerous difficulties to ensure every commissioning milestone was completed on schedule.

The successful first-time grid synchronization has also earned the full trust of Shougang International Engineering Company, laying a solid foundation for further in-depth collaboration between the two parties.
