On August 6, the main structure of the kindergarten building (Early Childhood Education Practice and Training Center) at Luoyang Normal University, constructed by the Group Company, successfully passed the acceptance inspection, marking a critical milestone in the project.
The acceptance process was led by the construction unit and carried out by a professional team comprising the project supervision unit, design unit, and construction unit. Under the full supervision and guidance of the Luoyang Quality Supervision Station, the team conducted a comprehensive and detailed inspection of both the documentation and the physical structure. The group performed on-site measurements to evaluate the quality of the main structure, examining key aspects such as component dimensions, concrete strength, and reinforcement layout. Additionally, a thorough review of all acceptance documentation was conducted to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance. After a multi-faceted evaluation, the acceptance team unanimously confirmed that the structural quality and appearance fully meet the design specifications and relevant standards, granting approval for the main structure acceptance.
As a key project of the Group Company in the field of early childhood education infrastructure, the kindergarten building aims to set a benchmark for provincial-level model kindergartens. Since the commencement of construction, the project team has strictly adhered to the Group’s quality enhancement plan, prioritizing engineering quality with a scientific and rigorous approach.
During the preparation phase, the project team conducted precise quality planning and organized comprehensive training on standards and specifications for all personnel. Material management was meticulous, encompassing strict checks upon delivery—verifying brand, specifications, and performance—as well as protective measures such as covering and moisture-proofing to prevent damage. Construction followed a sample-based approach, where reference models were approved before full-scale work began. For critical processes and technical challenges, targeted briefings were held to ensure all workers understood key requirements. Throughout, the team implemented strict control over all construction phases, with real-time measurement and inspection to promptly identify and rectify issues. These high standards and rigorous quality measures laid a solid foundation for the excellent structural and aesthetic quality of the main structure.
With the successful acceptance of the main structure, the project now moves fully into a new phase, encompassing outdoor, installation, and decoration works. The project team remains committed to the craftsman spirit of excellence, ensuring meticulous implementation in every detail of the subsequent works. The goal is to deliver a high-quality project with both reliable intrinsic quality and outstanding appearance, worthy of standing the test of time and fulfilling the trust and expectations of the client.
