On August 5, the Plot 2 EPC project of the Phase I Resettlement Block in the Luoyang New Energy Industrial Park Urban Village Redevelopment, constructed by the Construction Engineering Division of the Group Company, successfully passed the joint acceptance inspection by the five major responsible parties under the full supervision of the Yibin District Quality Supervision Station. This marks a critical milestone in the project’s foundation treatment phase.
As a key livelihood project in Yibin District, the project carries the local residents’ strong expectations for a “warm and livable home.” Construction has now fully commenced across all work fronts, entering an intensive construction phase. The site is currently operating over 20 large pieces of machinery and employing nearly 100 workers. While strictly adhering to quality and safety standards, the entire team is racing against time to accelerate progress. Amid the intense summer heat, temperatures in the foundation pit soar to nearly 50°C, creating an environment akin to a massive “steamer.” In response, the project department implemented a two-shift work schedule. Construction personnel persevered through extreme temperatures, dedicating their efforts to pour sweat and hard work into meeting key milestones such as earth excavation, foundation pit support, and foundation trench cleaning on schedule, laying a solid foundation for subsequent works.
Located south of Hancun Lane, west of Huimin Lane, and east of Liujing Lane in Luoyang’s Yibin District, the project represents a total investment of 327.163978 million yuan. It covers a planned site area of 29,808.31 square meters, with a total construction area of 111,669.14 square meters. The development includes six high-rise residential buildings, two auxiliary buildings (distribution rooms), and a two-story underground parking garage. Upon completion, it will provide 637 resettlement housing units, effectively addressing the housing needs of the community.
Moving forward, the project team will continue with heightened enthusiasm and determination to fully advance subsequent construction activities, ensuring the project is completed on schedule. The aim is to deliver the “warm and livable home” to the community as soon as possible, contributing to the improvement of public livelihood in Luoyang.
