At 11:58 on August 5, 2025, the Gongyi Waste-to-Energy Project, part of the city's eco-industrial park, achieved a significant milestone: the hydrostatic test for Boiler No. 1 was successfully completed. During the test, the boiler maintained a stable overpressure of 9.0 MPa for 20 minutes, with all systems operating smoothly and meeting design specifications, marking a critical breakthrough in the project.
Since its commencement on March 1, 2025, the Gongyi project has faced multiple challenges, including tight budgets, delayed equipment deliveries, and complex construction conditions. Through scientific planning and precise execution, the project team dynamically adjusted construction schedules and optimized the allocation of human and material resources.
