June marks a critical moment for countless students pursuing their dreams, and it is also a significant milestone for the entire team of the Yu'anfu Project. Under the strong leadership of the Group Company and with the cooperation of all collaborative units, the Phase I project of Antai Yu'anfu, developed by Shangshui Yu'an Real Estate Development Company, has successfully passed the final completion acceptance inspection and obtained individual household property certificates.
The Shangshui Antai Yu'anfu Project spans a total construction area of 67.7 acres (approximately 4.5 hectares) with a total floor area exceeding 108,000 square meters. Since its inception, the project has overcome numerous challenges, achieved its quality and safety management goals, and delivered a premium-quality development that stands the test of time.
On the afternoon of June 16, 2025, all preparatory work for the Phase I completion was finalized. The project team, in collaboration with the Shangshui County Natural Resources Bureau's Real Estate Registration Center, organized a special event titled "Bringing Policies to Every Household, Delivering Services to the Community: Resolving Real Estate Registration Challenges with Full Effort." At the event, staff provided one-on-one consultations to address homeowners' concerns regarding property ownership certificates, offering detailed explanations and clarifying the application process. They also educated homeowners on property rights, ensuring a deeper understanding of the procedures and fostering confidence in the process. The initiative allowed residents to experience thoughtful, customer-centric service firsthand.
