Recently, the Tefu Float Glass Factory in Tanzania welcomed a special delegation — Kitila Alexander Mkumbo, Minister of Investment and Planning, led 14 members of parliament, the Director of the Tanzania Investment Centre, and other government officials to visit the factory. Dressed in work uniforms of Henan Installation, they toured the production workshops. As the "Henan Installation" logos on the delegation's chests shimmered alongside the flowing glass liquid in the melting furnace, cameras from Tanzania National Television captured this profound industrial dialogue.

This "workwear diplomacy," followed by over 10 local official media outlets throughout the visit, continued to gain traction on government and media social platforms. Henan Installation's work uniforms not only became a unique medium for showcasing the image of Chinese enterprises but also sparked heated discussions about the projects undertaken by the company.

The Tefu Glass Factory, the focal point of these discussions, embodies the hardcore genes of "Made in China with Intelligence" — built by Henan Installation, this first float glass production line in East Africa has, since its commissioning in 2024, produced 600 tons of glass daily. It has not only filled the gap in Tanzania's local production of high-quality glass and met the urgent needs of the local market but also expanded its reach to broader regions in East Africa through export channels. The factory has significantly boosted the development of local mining, transportation, services, import-export, sea-land logistics, glass deep-processing, and other industries, creating substantial employment opportunities and foreign exchange reserves for Tanzania and even the entire East African region, injecting strong momentum into regional growth. Meanwhile, Tefu Group and Henan Installation have become long-term strategic partners in glass production line projects.

The Tefu project reflects Henan Installation's strategic layout for deepening its presence in overseas markets:

The group has established an International Engineering Company and registered 8 overseas subsidiaries in Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Thailand, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and other countries. Its footprint spans more than 20 countries and regions across four continents—Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Subsidiaries such as Xinghan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (whose lactic acid products are exported globally) and Yu'an Metal Structure Co., Ltd. (which sells steel structures overseas) have also expanded their international reach.

In the South American market, the cold repair and renovation project for the F01BECT production line of CPIC Brazil Fiberglass Co., Ltd. has been successfully completed. Recently, the company has secured the Tefu International 600t/d float glass production line project in Peru, further expanding its presence in South America.

Each overseas project is not only a milestone in Henan Installation's global journey but also a vivid testament to the global advancement of Chinese construction. As a pioneer enterprise in Henan Province's "going global" initiative, the group will continue to seize international development opportunities, deepen its international strategic layout, and pursue and undertake industrial construction and infrastructure projects in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative. By showcasing the "Henan Installation" logo on work uniforms, the company aims to polish its "international brand" and let the world witness the professional strength of its builders!
