Working Record of Ulanqab Domestic Waste Power Generation Project
At 14:00 on November 21st, the protection trip of the 10kV #2 furnace induced draft fan of the Ulanqab Domestic Waste Incineration Power Generation Project was triggered. The commissioning personnel came to the frequency converter room immediately after receiving the notice. The cable from converter to motor was hit by a heavy object, and the cable insulation was damaged causing cable breakdown. At that time #1 furnace pipes was being blown, #2 furnace was scheduled to start high-temperature baking on 25th. In order to ensure the normal progress of the construction period, we actively communicated with the owner to formulate an elimination plan. At 16:00 in the afternoon, the commissioning personnel cooperated with the installation personnel to deal with the faulty cable and the AC withstand voltage test of the faulty cable. The on-site temperature has reached minus 17℃, but the commissioning personnel are not afraid of the cold weather. The AC withstand voltage test of the failed cable is successfully completed, and the overall AC withstand voltage test is performed again after the completion of the cable joint. During the waiting process, the commissioning personnel make full use of every minute to prepare the complete set of materials required for starting quality inspection. At 1o’clock on 24th, the cable joint has been completed. At this time, the temperature has reached minus 23℃, and the withstand voltage test is successfully completed at 2o’clock and the insulation is qualified. Subsequently, the fan was started at 6 o'clock in the morning of the same day for trial operation after failure.
