Henan Province Installation Group and Xi'an Jiaotong University signed the "Framework Agreement for Jointly Building a Postdoctoral Innovation Base"
At 9 o'clock in the morning on November 19, the China·Henan Recruitment and Innovation Development Conference "2020 Talent Recruitment Special Action" Chinese Postdoctoral Science and Technology Service Team (Henan) Xi’an Jiaotong University Academician and Postdoctoral and Experts participated the opening ceremony and the project matchmaking meeting was held in Luoyang National University Science and Technology Park. This activity was jointly organized by the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, CPC Luoyang Municipal Committee, and Luoyang Municipal Government, and co-organized by Luoyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Luoyang National University Science and Technology Park. Zhao Shengli, member of the Organization Department of CPC Luoyang Municipal Committee, presided over the opening ceremony and project matchmaking meeting.
He Min, Deputy Mayor of Luoyang City, delivered a welcome speech. He emphasized that this event is another major measure to create a gathering place for high-level talents in Luoyang and promote the construction of Luoyang’s sub-central city. Through the introduction and training of high-level talents, and the landing and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, it will definitely contribute to Luoyang's overall improvement and quality development. Li Hailong, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Henan Province, pointed out that the pairing of Xi'an Jiaotong University and Henan enterprises is the provincial party committee and the provincial government implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping at the academician conference, implement the strategy for the revitalization of Central China, and actively promote the specific embodiment and responsibility of the integrated development of talents in the Central China.
Rong Mingzhe, vice principal of Xi’an Jiaotong University, introduced the development history and superior disciplines of Xi’an Jiaotong University at the meeting, and at the same time praised the policy support provided by Luoyang in terms of talent introduction, scientific research cooperation, and scientific research achievement transformation. Next, under the witness of all on-site personnel participating in the ceremony, Huang Kezheng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Henan Province Installation Group, on behalf of the company, signed the "Framework Agreement for Jointly Building a Postdoctoral Innovation Base" with Xi'an Jiaotong University, and exchanged the agreement with Xi’an Jiaotong university representatives.
After the signing of the agreement, Henan Province Installation Group and Xi’an Jiaotong University will carry out in-depth and lasting cooperation in the introduction of post-doctoral talents and projects, jointly build scientific research and innovation platforms, promote scientific and technological cooperation, achievement transformation, academic exchanges, etc., and provide a solid foundation for further deepening school-enterprise cooperation.
