On the afternoon of December 25, 2024, at 4:46 pm, the first suspension of the four steel frames of the boiler for the cogeneration expansion project of Jiangsu New Power (Shuyang) Thermal Power Co., Ltd., which was constructed by the Fourth Engineering Company, was successfully completed, marking the official start of the boiler installation project construction.
This time, four steel frames were lifted, with a height of 41 meters and a width of 11.2 meters, of which Z3 has a span weight of 60.5 tons. To ensure the smooth lifting process, more than ten Henan installers worked day and night, working overtime. The project department contacted the boiler manufacturer to ship the steel frame and arranged for the construction team to enter the site. On December 5, 2024, the project department arranged for installation workers to enter the site for pre construction preparation work. On December 8, 2024, the boiler steel frame began to be assembled and assembled, and on December 24, 2024, the first steel frame began to be hoisted. After 17 days of unremitting efforts, the last Z4 steel frame was successfully unhooked at 17:00 on December 25, 2024, marking the completion of the steel frame hoisting.
