On November 5th, the Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Project Department of the Sixth Engineering Company organized the acceptance work of the main structure of the main plant project of the pilot research and development project for the annual production of 1000 tons of regenerated cellulose fibers (Shousai fibers) by ionic liquid method. The responsible persons of the Economic Development Zone Construction Bureau, the construction unit, the supervision and design institute and other relevant units participated in this acceptance work.

Since the start of the pilot research and development project for the annual production of 1000 tons of regenerated cellulose fiber (Shousai fiber) using ionic liquid method on June 6, 2024, the main factory building has adhered to innovation and excellence, scientific organization, standardized construction, and coordinated efforts from all parties involved in the construction, precise planning, strict management, ensuring progress, safety, and quality. The construction work of the main structure sub project has been successfully completed and meets the conditions for this acceptance.

At the acceptance meeting, the project manager first conducted a self-assessment report on several aspects, including project overview, organizational management, construction of main structure and sub projects, process quality control, and organization of construction technical data. Subsequently, the acceptance team carefully reviewed quality control materials such as the project's raw material quality certification documents, retest inspection reports, engineering concealed records, and concrete test block inspection reports, and conducted on-site inspections of the construction site to conduct a detailed inspection and acceptance of the physical engineering quality. The acceptance personnel fully affirmed the quality, safety and civilized construction work on site, and believed that the appearance, size, verticality and flatness of the main structure met the design requirements and standards. After discussing the acceptance results, a consensus was reached that all the acceptance projects carried out this time were qualified, met the design and specification requirements, and met the national acceptance standards. They agreed to pass the acceptance.
