On the morning of November 4th, the construction and installation project of Unit # 3 of Unit # 4 in the cogeneration expansion project of Jiangsu New Power (Shuyang) Thermal Power Co., Ltd., which was contracted by our group's Fourth Engineering Company, held a groundbreaking ceremony. More than 100 leaders from relevant departments of New Power Group and project participants attended the ceremony. The groundbreaking ceremony was presided over by Yu Baoguo, General Manager of Jiangsu New Power (Shuyang) Thermal Power Co., Ltd., and Li Xiangchao, Deputy General Manager of the Fourth Engineering Company, made a statement.
The project is undertaken by the Fourth Engineering Company, and the construction content includes installation and civil engineering. The installation project is constructed by the Fourth Engineering Company, and the civil engineering project is constructed by the Construction Engineering Division. Manager Li Xiangchao stated in his speech that he will leverage the advantages of Henan Installation according to the actual needs of the project, and ensure the quality, safety, progress, and image of the project. Refine and quantify the project progress process and milestone tasks, reverse the schedule, assign responsibilities to individuals, and achieve clear goals, tasks, and responsibilities. Efforts should be made to resolve the constraining factors that affect the progress of the project, think of multiple ways, do not look for reasons, and promote the efficient and orderly progress of the project with the courage to take responsibility and the determination to implement. At the same time, we will effectively strengthen administrative guidance and services for safety production, work together with the owners and supervisors to do a good job in project safety management, ensure high standards and high efficiency in project construction, and strive for early completion, early production, and early results.
