The Yunnan Jianshui waste incineration power generation project has made a series of important progress since its start in November 2023. From the successful completion of the first hoisting of the boiler, to the hoisting of the steam drum, to the boiler water pressure test and the hoisting of the steam turbine, each step marks a solid step forward for the project.
At present, the project is in a critical construction stage, and the wiring between electrical DCS cabinets, installation of instruments in the steam turbine room, cable laying and wiring in the combined water pump room, and cable laying and wiring in the domestic water pump room are being carried out in a tense and orderly manner. At the same time, the installation of pipelines, smoke sealing air ducts, secondary air ducts, as well as the insulation laying of boiler bodies, steam pipelines, generator buildings, smoke, dust collectors, reaction towers, bucket elevators, ash silos, and scraper machines are also steadily advancing.
The area where Yunnan Jianshui is located is a high-altitude area, with April to October being the rainy season and also the hottest season of the year. Faced with the high temperature, humid and hot climate conditions, as well as the strict requirements of Party A Haichuang for the schedule milestones, all personnel in the project department have demonstrated extraordinary perseverance and team spirit. They overcame numerous difficulties, worked overtime, rushed to meet the schedule, and ensured the smooth completion of each milestone, winning high recognition from the owner unit and the supervision unit.
