On June 18, 2024, the ignition and start-up ceremony of the Qingdao Jinjing Rolling Five Line Glass Project was grandly held. The Qingdao Jinjing Rolling Fifth Line started discharging water on March 8, 2024, and after 100 days, it was successfully ignited. The production line adopts a full oxygen combustion mode, and the brick structure adopts a biting masonry method. The arch bricks are all made of ordinary cast AZS and processed into pools behind the furnace. The furnace is equipped with a bubbling system, and environmental protection equipment is also upgraded and renovated simultaneously. The owner will comprehensively renovate and upgrade the production line to achieve the production goals of completing new product development, increasing product production stability, enriching product pattern reserves, and flexibly switching color schemes. But for our contracting party, the on-site construction site is narrow, and large construction tools such as cranes cannot be used. The difficulty of installation and the urgency of the construction period are both huge tests. Qingdao Jinjing is also an important base project for our company. In order to protect the market, only hard work is necessary. In order to achieve this goal, the project plans various construction special plans in advance, scientifically handles difficulties, installs self-made simple cranes on the kiln roof, and all personnel work two shifts, day and night.
