Recently, the construction project of the Henan Longyuan Paper Cogeneration Upgrade and Renovation Project, undertaken by the Fourth Engineering Company, reached an important milestone — the topping-out concrete of the main plant was officially poured, marking a phased victory in the main structure construction of the project.
