At 9:18 a.m. on August 18, 2026, accompanied by rousing music and the roar of machinery, the Main Plant Building No. 2 of the Phase II of Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd.'s annual 100,000-ton Functional Spandex Fiber Project, undertaken by our Group, officially broke ground at the Xinxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone. All builders on site were full of vigor and high morale, striking the opening chord of construction with a pragmatic and hard-working spirit, marking the official commencement of this provincial key project.

Distinguished leaders from Xinxiang City, Mr. Wang Jingshu, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xinxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Mr. Shao Changjin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., along with members of its leadership team, and Mr. Zhang Daokui, Assistant to the President of our Group, jointly attended the ceremony and shoveled earth to lay the foundation for the project. Representatives from all parties gathered together to witness this important moment. The groundbreaking ceremony was presided over by Mr. Zhang Jiaqi, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd.

This project is a key construction project of Henan Province for 2026 and a strategic initiative for Xinxiang Chemical Fiber to upgrade and enhance its new materials industry. The Phase II Main Plant Building No. 2 measures 256.5 meters in length (east-west) by 101.8 meters in width (north-south), with a three-story frame structure, an eaves height of 19.75 meters, and a maximum column grid of 10m × 14m. The total floor area is approximately 64,135.16 square meters. The scope of construction covers the main structure, plumbing and electrical installation, plastering, and interior and exterior finishing. Upon completion, it will house internationally leading spandex production lines, exclusively producing functional fine-denier spandex products of 20D and below. It will deeply integrate "5G + Industrial Internet" and AI-driven energy efficiency control technologies to create a green, low-carbon, intelligent, and highly efficient modern chemical industry benchmark project. Once operational, it will effectively strengthen the regional industrial chain, expand the textile new materials industry cluster, and inject new and powerful momentum into the high-quality economic development of Xinxiang City.
