At 9:58 a.m. on June 15, with colorful flags fluttering and machinery rumbling at the construction site of the Yu'an Green Building Manufacturing Base Project, the first steel structure column was precisely and smoothly positioned into place. The project's first steel structure hoisting operation was successfully completed, officially marking the commencement of the steel structure installation for the main workshop and signaling that the project construction has transitioned from the foundation works phase into a new stage of rapid main structure construction.
The Yu'an Green Building Manufacturing Base Project is a key strategic investment project of the Group, focusing on green building and intelligent manufacturing industry development, implementing the "dual carbon" strategy, and driving industrial transformation and upgrading. Based on regional industrial development needs, the project concentrates on core sectors such as green prefabricated steel structure buildings, large-scale steel structure bridges, and intelligent manufacturing of industrial equipment, striving to build a modern equipment manufacturing and innovation R&D base with a full industrial chain covering design, R&D, manufacturing, and sales. Upon completion, it will become a large-scale, intelligent, and green equipment manufacturing base in the region, holding far-reaching significance for extending and strengthening the Group's industrial chain, enhancing the development layout of the green building industry, promoting the agglomeration of surrounding industrial supporting facilities, and contributing to regional economic and social development.
As a key project independently built by the Group, this project is wholly invested, designed, manufactured, and constructed by the Group, fully demonstrating its integrated one-stop service capabilities across the entire industrial chain, including investment and operation, engineering design, production and manufacturing, and construction and installation. Since the project broke ground, the project team has strictly adhered to the principles of "high-standard planning, high-quality construction, and high-efficiency advancement," diligently completing all preparatory work including site leveling and foundation works in the early stages, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the first steel structure hoisting. Prior to this first hoisting operation, the project team meticulously prepared the construction plan, repeatedly verified the hoisting equipment, component dimensions, and site conditions, and strictly implemented safety technical briefings. During the operation, all personnel at each post cooperated closely and operated in compliance with specifications. From trial lifting, hoisting, transport, to alignment and fixing, each step was seamlessly coordinated, precise, and efficient, achieving the goal of "one-time positioning and complete success" for the first hoisting.
