Successful Completion of Large-Scale Hoisting for Malaysia Nine Dragons Project

On the morning of April 1, 2026, the first hoisting of boiler heating surfaces was successfully completed for the Malaysia Nine Dragons Paper Project undertaken by the Power Engineering Business Unit. This milestone marks the project’s entry into a phase of full-scale construction.

Located in Selangor, Malaysia, the project is the second overseas undertaking of the Power Engineering Business Unit. It also serves as a key initiative for the business unit to implement the Group’s “Three Poles” operation and development strategy, foster a growth pole for international engineering, and actively expand into the Southeast Asian market. With strong support from the Group, the business unit and sister units, the project team has rapidly adapted to local conditions since mobilization in November 2025. It has properly arranged the deployment of personnel, materials, equipment and supplies on site, and overcome challenges including tight schedules, high temperatures and heavy rainfall, as well as delays in visa processing. The team has pressed ahead with construction through extended working hours, day-and-night shift rotations and continuous work during the Spring Festival holiday to accelerate the project progress.

Going forward, the project team will work out a reversed construction schedule centered on the hydrostatic test milestone, overcome remaining difficulties, and fulfill the owner’s scheduled targets with guaranteed quality and quantity. It will strive to uphold the prestigious reputation of Henan Installation and build the Group’s international brand. Meanwhile, by leveraging the Malaysia Nine Dragons Paper Project, the team will gain in-depth knowledge of local market conditions, culture, talent resources and suppliers to achieve long-term operations and establish a solid operational base in Southeast Asia.
