On February 3, 2026, the Group Company’s Annual Work Conference was grandly convened in Luoyang. Mr. Huang Kezheng, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board, and President of the Company, delivered the 2026 Annual Work Report on behalf of the Company’s Party and Administrative Leadership. Mr. Yan Congyun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Executive Vice President, delivered the 2025 Business System Work Summary and 2026 Work Plan. Mr. Liao Hongying, Vice President, presented the 2026 Production Work Plan. Ms. Huang Xiao, Vice President, announced the Decision on Commending 2025 Advanced Collectives, Gold Medal Employees, and Advanced Individuals, the Decision on Commending “Star-Level Party Branches” and “Outstanding Communist Party Members”, and the Decision on Commending Outstanding Organizing Units and Winning Contestants of the 5th Staff Vocational Skills Competition. During the meeting, Mr. Huang Kezheng signed annual performance contracts with the principal leaders of various business divisions and engineering (subsidiary) companies, and signed the Collective Wage Negotiation Contract with the union representative, Mr. Guo Changqi. The morning session was chaired by Mr. Guo Changqi, Chairman of the Labor Union, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission.

This session comprehensively and systematically reviewed the achievements of the Group Company in 2025. “Adversity sharpens excellence.” Over the past year, confronted with a complex and challenging external environment and formidable development tasks, the entire company united as one, faced difficulties head-on, and steadfastly adhered to annual targets. We upheld the principles of “ensuring survival, stabilizing the team, reducing costs, and capturing markets,” fostering the integrated development of the three core sectors—construction, international engineering, and investment. The initial contours of the “Luoyang, International, South China” tri-polar development pattern began to take shape. The company’s network of partners continuously expanded, its development resilience steadily strengthened, and both the brand influence and social image of “Henan Installation” progressively improved. Through cultural cultivation aimed at consolidating our corporate spirit, and by deeply implementing thematic educational activities such as “Emulating the Advanced,” “Service Culture,” and “Value Culture,” we promoted the ethos of “Three Advocacies, Three Hardships,” solidarity, and the spirit of ownership. Consequently, our employees’ sense of pride, mission, and responsibility was significantly enhanced. These accomplishments embody the wisdom and hard work of every employee, showcasing the resilient, tenacious, and dauntless spirit of the Henan Installation team.

While enumerating achievements, the conference also identified key issues and deficiencies currently affecting the company’s development. It urged all departments and units to proactively acknowledge these issues, align themselves with the identified shortcomings, accurately pinpoint gaps, and persistently address problems to the very end.

The report indicated that key priorities for 2026 must focus on the vision of establishing the company as the “Business Card of Luoyang, an International Brand, and a Renowned Comprehensive Service Provider.” Efforts will be directed towards advancing the integrated and synergistic development of the three major sectors—construction, international engineering, and investment—forging the new “Luoyang, International, South China” tri-polar operational development landscape. We will deeply advance the “Five Major Strategies” and the “Five Modernizations Construction,” concentrate on solidifying the implementation of “International Development” and “Brand Building,” forge new advantages through the expansion of international business, and lead high-quality development through enhanced brand value, thereby comprehensively strengthening our core competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.

Mr. Huang Kezheng further elaborated profoundly on key aspects including the company’s international development, brand strategy construction, talent strategy, cost control, and unifying organizational thinking.

During the afternoon awards ceremony, a splendid array of cultural performances graced the stage. Programs including dances, songs, recitations, skits, cross-talks, and mime pieces filled the venue with joyous laughter and applause. Company leaders successively presented honors to the commended individuals and collectives, expressing the hope that the awardees would cherish their accolades, strive for continued excellence, persistently serve as exemplary role models, and continuously inspire and motivate all cadres and employees. They encouraged everyone to excel in their respective roles, pursue relentless innovation, carry forward their endeavors with dedication, and contribute new achievements to propel the company’s high-quality development to new heights.

“Steeds chasing the wind tread a new path; resonating in unison, our momentum surges like a rainbow.” The year 2026 marks the culmination of the company’s three-year plan. It is a year dedicated to strengthening the enterprise through brand excellence, quality excellence, and dedicated endeavor—and a year for deepening value creation and value management. We must earnestly align our thoughts and actions with the company’s strategic decisions and deployments. We must consciously position ourselves within the broader context of development, bear in mind the greater cause of the enterprise, and strategically deploy our initiatives to overcome challenges. With the sharpness and agility of a galloping steed, we shall seize opportunities; with the thunderous momentum of ten thousand horses in full charge, we shall gather collective strength; with the steadfast resilience of a steed treading iron, we shall persist diligently in our endeavors. All employees of the Group Company will invigorate the dragon-horse spirit, sharpen our resolve to strive forward, and fully commit ourselves to pioneering new frontiers and reaching new heights in high-quality development, working collectively to forge an even brighter future!

Nearly 200 participants attended the conference on-site, including members of the company’s leadership team, leadership teams from grassroots units, project managers at level three and above, commended Gold Medal Employees, Outstanding Project Managers, Advanced Individuals, Youth Pacesetters, representatives of Outstanding Project Teams, representatives of Advanced Collectives, representatives of Star-Level Party Branches, Outstanding Communist Party Members, and winning contestants of the Staff Vocational Skills Competition.
