On November 27th, a critical milestone was achieved at the Chongqing production base for neutral borosilicate glass packaging materials for pharmaceutical use, constructed by the Glass and Fiberglass Engineering Division of the Group Corporation—the successful closure of the crown of the No. 1 furnace.
The goal of Junheng Pharmaceutical Glass's Chongqing base is to become China's first enterprise to benchmark against international standards and achieve large-scale application of the "one furnace, four production lines" technology for pharmaceutical neutral borosilicate glass. The precise closure of the furnace crown signifies the near-completion of the main furnace structure, laying the most solid foundation for the project's ignition and production. It also heralds a promising start for the Group Corporation's dedicated and meticulous efforts in the pharmaceutical glass sector.
The closure was executed with millimeter-level precision, showcasing the Group Corporation's robust expertise in furnace engineering and reflecting the project team's unity, resilience, and commitment to excellence in overcoming significant challenges. This ensures that every process is accurately completed within a closed loop.
