Recently, the multi linear and multi curved steel box main arch of Zhengzhou Airport Zhongyuan High speed Railway Digital Exhibition and Trade City, constructed by a metal structure company, was successfully closed and unloaded.
The Zhongyuan High speed Railway Port Digital Exhibition and Trade City project is one of the key projects in Henan Province and the largest professional exhibition venue group in the Zhongyuan region. The main structure of the venue is made of all steel, and the roof truss of the exhibition hall adopts the "arc-shaped steel pipe+cantilever wing" method. The supporting columns adopt the "hinged pipe column+cable" structure. After the overall completion of the project, it will become a landmark building in Zhengzhou Airport District. This project is the first large-scale irregular, multi linear, large-span spatial steel structure manufacturing and installation project undertaken by our company. The total weight of the steel structure is about 5000 tons, all of which are made of Q460C low-alloy high-strength steel plates. The steel main arch has a span of 120 meters, a height of 36.7 meters, and a side wing span of 40 meters. The processing and manufacturing requirements are high, and the installation and construction are difficult. Especially after the project personnel entered the site, they fought day and night with a posture of decisive battle and sprint at the beginning, quickly opening up the installation and construction situation. During the Spring Festival, in order to ensure the overall progress of the project, all personnel in the project department will not have a holiday or stop work during the Spring Festival, and will work tirelessly to make progress. After nearly two months of effort, the main arch of the steel structure was successfully closed and unloaded as scheduled, marking a significant milestone in the project construction. During the implementation of the project, the project department deeply practiced the service concept of "customer-centric", and the excellent quality and high-quality service were highly recognized by the customers, laying a good foundation for the project to drive operation and gradually establish a business base.
