The group company issued the "Outline of the Three-year Development Plan for Industrialization"

　　In order to fully implement the spirit of the company's "2017 General Manager Work Report", creating products and services with the lowest price, best quality and best service, and promoting the informatization, standardization, refinement and industrialization of the Group, giving full play to the advantage of deepened and optimized design and BIM technology, and achieving the goal of “building a comprehensive, diversified and internationalized modern enterprise group” as soon as possible, recently, the group company issued the “Outline of Three-Year Development Plan for Industrialization ”. The "Outline" comprehensively introduces the background and challenges of the Group's industrialization development, puts forward the guiding ideology and development goals of the three-year industrialization development, and puts forward specific requirements for industrialization's strategic goals, phase objectives, and overall goals, and makes strategic goals in the aspects of industrial projects, building and municipal projects, personnel training and so on. The overall thinking of the three-year development of industrialization: (1) the traditional industrial installation business. During the planning period, intensive management of all installation projects within the group company will be fully realized. Establish a prefabrication and processing branch (subsidiary) company to carry out unified processing and prefabrication of parts, components and accessories that can be prefabricated and processed for the installation projects within the scope of the group company, build a logistics platform of the group company, achieve the unified delivery via the Internet of Things, and realize factory prefabrication and modular installation with zero field fabrication. (2) Construction industrialization. Use the existing building branch company as basis, and the self-developed real estate as a pilot to explore the assembly design, construction and factory prefabrication of residential industrialization, while accumulating experience, integrating and absorbing resources (design, technology, equipment, talent), and actively expanding to comprehensive pipe gallery, sponge city, and municipal projects. Realize the use of BIM technology to improve the cost control level, optimize the allocation of construction resources and reduce construction costs through BIM5D. Gradually build the construction industry into one of the main sections with deep engineering design, external processing, construction, operation, service and investment, with the capacity of project general contracting. The development goals are: (1) Strategic Objectives (2020) Industrial Projects. Supported by BIM technology and deep optimization design, based on factory prefabrication, fully realizing the intensive management of all installation projects within the group company. (2) Building and municipal projects. Business contract signing → drawing review → deepened and optimized design of drawings → BIM modeling → external factory prefabrication → on-site assembly. (3) Talent training. Meet the needs of industrial development. The stage goals are: from August to December of 2017, establishment of a leading group to conduct an in-depth investigation; rom January 2018 to December 2018, completion of the preliminary work of the factory construction, and related technical personnel and design qualification declaration; the first half of 2019, completion of the plant construction, equipment installation and commissioning, ready for production. Established a pre-fabrication and processing branch (subsidiary) company to realize the joining of deepened and optimized design with BIM technology; At the end of 2019, the pilot project will achieve intensive management, industrial production, and on-site assembly; Continue to pilot in the first half of 2020, accumulate experience, summarize and improve; In the second half of 2020, the management model of intensive project management, factory prefabrication and processing, and on-site assembly will be fully implemented throughout the company. The overall goal is for the group company to fully realize the intensive management of all installation projects within the group company, basic realization of the factory pre-fabrication and processing, and on-site assembly for installation projects, and the establishment of a comprehensive and international group company with the ability of deepened and optimized design, investment, construction and operation in business sectors such as urban heating, sewage treatment, garbage power generation and real estate development.
