On June 27, 2022, the second phase of the domestic waste incineration power generation project in Danzhou City, which was constructed by the Electric Power Engineering Division, successfully completed the 72+24h full-load trial operation, meeting the conditions for commercial operation. During the trial operation, the unit was running smoothly and all indicators were excellent.

Since the start of construction of the project, all members of the project have carried forward the spirit of the Yu’an Iron Army of "especially able to endure hardships, especially able to tackle key problems, and especially able to fight", take the initiative to act, pay close attention to key and difficult tasks, refine various work tasks and measures, and overcome the difficulties successively such as heavy rain and high temperature, construction drawings and equipment lag, and the impact of the epidemic were ensured to ensure that the boiler water pressure was successfully achieved once on March 30, the reverse power transmission, the steam turbine sprinting, and the grid-connected power generation were successfully achieved on June 16, and the 72+24-hour full-load trial operation was performed on June 27.
