At 10 am on May 25th, Wu Zhongyang, director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress, and deputy directors Ji Zhenhua, Li Gangchui, Liu Guanyu, Wang Songtao, led the research team to Yibin District to investigate the construction situation of major projects. The second phase of the second resettlement community undertaken by Henan Installation is the first investigating station.

At the project site, Liu Jintang, director of the District Construction Department, reported to the leaders of the Standing Committee of Luoyang Municipal People's Congress on the construction and resettlement status of the resettlement community in Yibin District. The second phase of the second resettlement community project is located at the intersection of Shenming Road and Fengye Road in Licun Town. It covers an area of 5.1 hectares. The total investment of the project is about 350 million yuan. The community plans to construct 9 high-rise buildings. The community public supporting facilities include commercial area, kindergartens, public facilities and parking lot. 1,125 households of about 3,600 people can be resettled in this community. The project started in October 2019 and is scheduled to be completed and transfered in the first half of 2022.

Wu Zhongyang fully affirmed the achievements made in the construction of the resettlement community. He emphasized that it is a major strategic deployment determined by the 14th Plenary Session of the 11th Municipal Party Committee and the Economic Work Conference to do a good job in building the field and achieving the goal of "better field carrier". All levels and departments must focus on promoting the high-quality construction of Luoyang metropolitan area, cultivating and creating a number of field carriers with distinctive characteristics and strong adsorption, continuing to improve the energy level and quality of urban development, and forming a "strong magnetic field" where high-end and high-quality elements gather.

In recent years, Yibin District has continued to deepen the "9+2" work layout as the main starting point to implement the new development concept and build a better city.
