On November 21, 2024 at 18:00, the expansion project of the Dalian Jinpu New District Domestic Waste Incineration Power Generation Treatment Project (Phase I), undertaken by the Fourth Engineering Company, successfully started the steam turbine generator unit on the first try, marking the milestone achievement of the complete start-up and trial operation of Unit 1. The successful start-up of Unit 1's steam turbine has laid a solid foundation for achieving the goal of deep commissioning with load in the next step of the unit. To ensure the successful first start-up of the No.1 steam turbine generator unit, the project department adheres to the principles of "high standards, high quality, and high efficiency" to prepare for the first start-up. Before start-up, key data and important processes of the steam turbine are repeatedly studied and demonstrated, and detailed safety technical measures are formulated to check and confirm the conditions before start-up. During the start-up process, organize project technical management personnel to be on site, monitor the operation of the unit throughout the entire process, and solve any unexpected problems at any time to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
On the day of starting, the unit operated stably at a rated speed of 6000r/min, with excellent vibration parameters and stable indicators. The Dalian project successfully started the steam turbine once, passed the test smoothly, and once again completed the construction task excellently under pressure. The next step for all members of the project team will continue to work hard to achieve the goal of successfully passing the 72+24-hour trial run.
