At 2:58 pm on August 6, 2024, the second line melting furnace of the Malaysian Xinyi Phase V photovoltaic installation project was successfully ignited. Liu Xiaorong, Vice President of Xinyi Group, Zhao Chunyu, General Manager, Xie Bangrong, Chief Engineer, Shen Guoxing, Deputy General Manager of Xinyi Malay Company, Xie Suying, General Assistant, Zhang Wei, Minister, and Wu Zhenqun, Deputy General Manager of Fiberglass Engineering Division, attended the celebration event and pressed the ignition button together. Other employee representatives witnessed this important moment. This ignition marks the completion of the main project of the second-line kiln of the Malaysia Xinyi Phase 5 project, and the overall construction of the project has achieved a major stage victory.

Due to objective reasons, the ignition target for the second line of the project has been repeatedly postponed. At the end of July, Party A urgently requested ignition on August 6th, and the ignition conditions must be met before then. Under the strong leadership of the group company and business unit leaders, all members of the project united as one, faced difficulties head-on, and focused on quality and safety production, taking into account efficiency and effectiveness indicators. The furnace construction team alternated day and night, and the installation workers worked overtime every day. Ultimately achieving the expected ignition target for the second line, laying the foundation for early delivery to Party A for production.
