At 9:00 am on June 17th, the Junhe Yungu Luoyang Information Technology Port project, undertaken by the group company, achieved a major milestone breakthrough. The second phase of the project, Building 18, met the delivery requirements three months ahead of schedule and successfully passed the owner's pre-acceptance.
The Junhe Cloud Valley Luoyang Information Technology Port project is located at the intersection of Guangwu Avenue and Lantai Road in Yibin District, Luoyang City. It is situated in the core development area of Yibin District and is committed to building a new generation of information technology industry cluster with a complete industrial ecological chain, integrating production and development research, research and development pilot, and productive services. It aims to create a technology innovation park that integrates production, ecology, and life. The project covers an area of approximately 146 acres, with planned products including standalone, multi story R&D factories, industrial buildings, employee dormitories, and supporting buildings. The planned construction area is about 130000 square meters, with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan. After the project is fully completed and put into use, it is expected that more than 100 enterprises will settle in, driving the annual output value of related industries to 3-4 billion yuan, solving about 2000 employment needs, and contributing 50 million yuan in annual taxes.
This project is one of the large-scale technology park industrial cluster projects undertaken by the company in recent years, and the main construction content includes all construction and installation projects. Since the start of the project construction, under the guidance of the group company, the project management team has taken "improving governance and strengthening control" as its purpose. By focusing on early planning and strengthening process control, the team has always kept promises and implemented prohibitions, fully ensuring the smooth progress of the project. The project department strictly controls the quality of engineering construction, strengthens safe and civilized construction, and has successively won awards and honors such as "Provincial Safety and Civilization Standardization Site" and "Luoyang High Quality Structure".
The project is divided into three batches of construction. The first batch started in May 2022 and was completed and delivered in November 2023, two months ahead of the planned construction period; The second batch of projects was officially launched on July 8, 2023. As of now, all the main structures of the building have been capped and the secondary structures have been completed, fully entering the decoration and renovation stage. The upcoming delivery of Building 18 is scheduled for September 16th this year. As of the end of May, the indoor and outdoor decoration and installation supporting projects have been fully completed and meet the delivery conditions. The completion materials are currently being sorted and handed over. In order to meet the early delivery requirements of the owner, the project department quickly took action, organized a special meeting, and deployed a rush plan. After two months of hard work, the milestone task was successfully completed. The construction of the remaining 18 factories is currently being accelerated and is expected to be fully completed by September this year.
