Recently, after days and nights of intensive efforts by all overseas construction teams, the crown of the Russian Larta Glass Furnace Project was precisely positioned and successfully closed. The successful completion of this crown closure milestone marks the full completion of the main structural construction of the furnace body for this key overseas project in Russia, and represents a successful breakthrough in the critical and challenging phases of furnace construction. This achievement has laid a solid engineering foundation for subsequent systematic furnace masonry, equipment commissioning, and the scheduled ignition and commissioning, accelerating the project's progress toward high-quality delivery and completion.
As the core controlling milestone of the project, the crown closure of the Larta furnace faced multiple complex challenges and severe tests. The overseas construction schedule was extremely tight with rigid milestone deadlines. The client imposed stringent requirements on furnace masonry craftsmanship precision, construction quality, safety standards, and forming quality, with full-process on-site supervision and meticulous acceptance inspections throughout. Strict acceptance criteria were established for every work procedure and the masonry precision of each crown brick.
