Spring heralds a new journey; solid work strengthens the nation. On the morning of March 25, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Infrastructure Construction Project (Workshop 1) of Huixian Paper Industry Park, undertaken by the Construction Engineering Division of the Company, was grandly held in Changcun Town.

Cao Qijin, Party Secretary of Changcun Town, Huixian City; Xie Ruijun, Town Mayor; Zhang Weiqiang, Deputy General Manager of Henry Group, and other leaders attended the ceremony.

Yang Xudong, Deputy Project Manager of the Company, delivered a speech on behalf of the general contractor and expressed gratitude to all parties that have long cared for and supported the project construction. He stated that Henan Installation will strictly abide by safety regulations and rigorously control project quality, striving to build reliable and high-quality projects with meticulous craftsmanship. He emphasized that the groundbreaking marks the start of a new journey. The project team will work in unity, adopt scientific scheduling, ensure the completion of construction tasks on schedule and with guaranteed quality, demonstrate responsibility through down-to-earth efforts, and build a solid reputation with outstanding quality.

Later, Secretary Cao Qijin spoke on behalf of the owner’s side. He extended warm congratulations on the official commencement of the project and sincere greetings to all construction personnel. He also pledged that the owner will fully coordinate and provide supporting services to guarantee the smooth progress of the project.

Finally, Cao Qijin officially announced the start of construction.

Project Profile

With a total construction area of 8,306.15 square meters, the project is a two‑story frame‑bent steel structure building with a floor height of 22.62 meters. Upon completion, it will further improve the supporting infrastructure of the industrial park, facilitate the transformation and upgrading of the paper industry, and inject new momentum into the high‑quality economic development of the county.
