During the 2025 Spring Festival, the steel structure main construction phase of the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center Expansion Project entered a critical stage. Faced with tight schedules and heavy workloads, Liang Huizhou voluntarily gave up family reunion and stayed on the construction site with his team. On the early morning of Lunar New Year’s Day, while the city was still immersed in festive tranquility, he was already coordinating hoisting operations and inspecting welding quality amid the bitter cold wind. Eventually, the project completed a key milestone three days ahead of schedule. He delivered a perfect performance with professionalism and dedication.

Venturing to Southeast Asia: Silent Commitment Shining on Foreign Construction Sites

As domestic projects concluded, the call for the company’s "Going Global" strategy sounded once again. Without the slightest hesitation, Liang Huizhou packed his bags and headed for Indonesia, serving as Project Manager for the Jakarta International Expo construction project.Unfamiliar surroundings, differentiated technical standards and complex cross-border coordination posed unprecedented challenges. He adapted rapidly, communicated proactively, and soon got the work well on track.However, prolonged high-intensity work and acclimatization made him fall ill on-site. A severe cold triggered acute laryngitis and left him voiceless. Doctors ordered complete rest, yet the project was at a crucial juncture. Liang Huizhou made up his mind: to hold his post.Unable to speak, he deployed work by typing instructions on his phone and projecting them in meetings; he explained construction essentials with hand-drawn sketches, and compiled daily inspection checklists for rectification. He insisted on daily site patrols. Under his safety helmet, firm gestures and focused eyes conveyed all his instructions and care, touching every colleague around him. When teammates urged him to rest, he wrote solemnly in his notebook: "Where I stand, the position holds firm."
