The boiler hydraulic pressure test of the Everbright Lintao Domestic Waste Incineration Power Generation Project was successfully implemented.
On September 21, 2020, the boiler hydraulic pressure test of the Everbright Lintao Domestic Waste Incineration Power Generation Project undertaken by the Electrical Engineering Department was successful implemented, which marked the successful completion of another milestone in this project.
At 14:30 on the 21st, under the witness of the owner, general contractor, supervisor, and Gansu Special Inspection Institute, when the pressure raised to the working pressure (4.7MPa), the pressure rise was stopped, and a comprehensive pressure test of all parts of the boiler was taken, keeping for 20 minutes without abnormality and then turn on the high-pressure cleaner to increase the pressure to 1.25 times the working pressure (5.88Mpa), after keeping it for 20 minutes, reduce to the working pressure for a comprehensive inspection, check that there is no sweat on the metal wall and weld of the pressure components. And no residual deformation was found. In order to ensure a successful boiler hydraulic test, the project department meticulously organized, made overall arrangements, and implemented responsibilities at all levels.
The success of the hydraulic test has created favorable conditions for the development of subsequent work such as boiler baking and blowing, and also laid a solid foundation for the unit to put into production and power generation.Everbright's domestic waste incineration power generation project adopts BOT model. The first-stage capacity is 500 tons/day. It is planned to enter trial operation in December 2020. After entering commercial operation, it will achieve an annual capacity of 182,500 tons of waste and an annual power generation of about 5,424.88 kilowatts. After the project is completed, it can not only reduce secondary pollution, but also realize resource recycling, which has good ecological and social benefits.
