A strategic cooperation agreement for high-level radioactive waste glass solidification was signed in Beijing.
On April 9, 2021, Henan Province Installation Group Co., Ltd., as one of the strategic partners, signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on High-Level Radioactive Waste Glass Solidification" with China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. in Beijing.
"High-level radioactive waste liquid ceramic electric furnace glass curing technology research and engineering agreement", signing ceremony was held by China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd.. In addition to Henan Province Installation Group, there are also many other cooperation parnters, such as Sinosteel Luonai Technology Co., Ltd., Chinese Academy of Sciences Metals Research Institute, China National Academy of Building Materials Science and Technology, Beijing Raymond Cyber Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. The strategic cooperation aims to accelerate the progress of scientific research and engineering projects related to ceramic electric melting furnace glass curing technology, and focus on solving the bottleneck problem of glass curing technology in China. High-level radioactive waste liquid treatment is an important part of China's reprocessing plant and the construction of three wastes treatment projects, and it is directly related to the sustainable development of the nuclear power industry and the realization of the national "carbon neutral" goal.
