The establishment meeting of the Modern Apprenticeship Working Committee of Henan Construction Education Association was successfully held.

On March 26, 2021, Henan Construction Education Association held the inauguration meeting of the Modern Apprenticeship Working Committee in the comprehensive conference hall on the 20th floor of Henan Province Installation Group. Zhang Junli, deputy director of the Education Department Henan Province, Cui Enjie, president of Henan Provincial Construction Education Association, and Li Shengping, a consultant of the Construction Education Association, and related leaders attended the meeting. There were more than 70 representatives from more than 20 vocational colleges and more than 10 enterprises in Henan province participating in the inauguration meeting. Huang Kezheng, secretary of the party committee, chairman and president of the group company, and Wang Zhixiang, director and vice president, attended the meeting.

The 21st century is the century of talents. Whoever has the advantage of talents can win the initiative in future development. The modern apprenticeship system will surely accelerate the cultivation of high-quality industrial workers and skilled personnel, and realize the close connection and benign interaction between the government, enterprises, and schools. The group company has made remarkable achievements in personnel training, school-enterprise cooperation, and technological innovation in recent years. I look forward to taking this meeting as an opportunity to further deepen cooperation with universities in the training of skilled personnel, jointly explore the construction of an apprenticeship training system, and continuously provide technical and skilled personnel support for the high-quality development of enterprises. It is believed that more companies and colleges will join the work of promoting modern apprenticeship in China's vocational education.

Zhang Junli, deputy director of Henan Provincial Education Department, delivered an important speech at the meeting, and put forward five work recommendations for the future development of the committee: First, earnestly summarize the pilot experience, face difficulties, promote the in-depth development of modern apprenticeship, and actively cultivate Henan characteristics; Second, firmly establish a sense of public welfare, actively promote the transformation of results, and promote good types of education; Third, achieve exchanges and cooperation and coordinated development; the fourth is to innovate service models, enhance service awareness, dig deeper into service connotation, and enhance the influence of vocational education, promote the high-quality and rapid development of vocational education by comprehensively developing the modern apprenticeship.

Cui Enjie, president of Henan Construction Education Association, and Chen Xiaoyan, secretary of the association branch and director of the development department, reported the association's work progress of modern apprenticeship system, the preparations for the modern apprenticeship work committee, and the recommendations for the work to be carried out after the establishment of the committee.

In the afternoon, the participants went to the construction site of Luoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine to observe; after returning to the conference room, they conducted BIM lectures and personnel training seminars. Wang Zhixiang, vice president of the group company, stated in the meeting summary: The establishment of the Modern Apprenticeship Working Committee of Henan Construction Education Association is a key to comprehensively promoting modern apprenticeship, cultivating modern apprenticeship pilot models with Henan characteristics, and actively exploring apprenticeship experience with Chinese characteristics.
