The group company's annual output of 200,000 tons of polymer material grade L lactic acid project officially started.

On February 20, 2021, the first batch of major projects in 2021 was held by Nanle County at the site of the Xinghan Phase II project. Yu Guangqing, Member of the Standing Committee of Puyang Municipal Party Committee and Minister of Organization, Huang Xudong, Member of the Standing Committee of Puyang Municipal Party Committee and Minister of Puyang United Front Work Department, Huang Kezheng, Party Secretary, Chairman and President of Henan Province Installation Group, and Cao Yongjun, leaders of Nanle County and heads of relevant units and project constructors, attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

Before the ceremony, Huang Kezheng, Party Secretary, Chairman and President of Henan Province Installation Group, went to the annual output of 30,000 tons of lactic acid production workshop of Xinghan Company to learn more about its current production and operation situation.

The groundbreaking ceremony was presided over by Cao Yongjun, deputy secretary of the Nanle County Party Committee and the head of Nanle County. Huang Xudong, member of the Standing Committee of the Puyang Municipal Party Committee and United Front Work Minister, said that these 19 projects newly started including Henan Xinghan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. polymer material-grade L lactic acid, etc., will definitely inject new vitality into the high-quality economic development of Nanle County. These construction projects cover bio-based materials, food processing, urban construction, social undertakings, transportation and energy and other fields. Huang Xudong said that the L lactic acid project with an annual output of 200,000 tons of polymer material will extend the development chain of Nanle County's bio-based industry, marking a big step forward for Nanle County's advanced bio-based industry. It is hoped that Nanle County Party Committee and County Government will seize the opportunity of the national and provincial "ban on plastics" and take this project as an opportunity to control the white pollution.
