After more than four months of construction, Benxi Yujing's third-line cold repair project is ready for ignition. The ignition ceremony was held at 10:28 am on January 10, 2021. Zhao Xiaoliang, General Manager of Benxi Yujing Glass Co., Ltd., and Xi Guoyong, General Manager of Qinhuangdao Glass Industry Research&Design Institute Project, jointly ignited the fire.
Since the official start of construction on August 18 to the ignition day, the project department has been hardworking for more than four months, and overcome a lot of construction difficulties. Benxi Yujing third line 1,250-ton empty gas kiln has a refractory capacity of nearly 20,000 tons and the 66 meters melting part. It is currently the largest empty gas kiln in China.
