On December 10, 2020, the No. 1 pool kiln project of Hebei Jizhong New Materials Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 200,000 tons of glass fiber pool kiln drawing production line project, held a brick-locking and sealing ceremony.
The kiln is the "core" of the pool kiln wire drawing production line. The kiln covers an area of 120 square meters. The kiln masonry began on October 25, 2020, and the masonry was originally planned to be completed on December 16, 2020. Under the careful deployment and overall arrangement of the leadership and the hardworking of the project team, the actual construction took 45 days, which was 7 days earlier than the original plan to complete the kiln masonry task, and finished the brick lock and seal on December 10. This working progress is faster than the advanced construction level of the same scale in the industry.
On the morning of 10th, December, the leaders of the Chemical Engineering Company Zhou Zongshun, Cheng Hansong, and the project manager Zhang Guozhi went to the site to congratulate each other with the chairman and leadership of Jizhong New Material Co., Ltd. and took a group photo. The smooth completion of the masonry construction marks another crucial step towards the ignition target of the 200,000-ton fiberglass project.
